• Contact form and email. Your name, email address, company name (optional) and message, when you submit the contact form or email us.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and our email:

• Cloudflare, for website hosting, security and email routing
• Google, for our email inbox
• Resend, for outgoing email delivery

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing justin@justinclarke.ca. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
